Tanjung Putting National Park has many attractions worth visiting, such as:


Tanjung Harapan is the entrance of Tanjung Puting National Park area from the west through Kumai. This area is also a utilization zone developed for nature tourism activities equipped with information center, guesthouse, hotel and watch tower. This area has tourism potential such as:

a. Track Tracking Harapan Harapan - Pondok Tanggui as far as 22 Km crossing various types of forest in Tanjung Puting National Park.
b.  Demplot of medicinal plants and orchids
This demonstration plot presents samples of existing forest plants in TNTP that are potentially medicinal and are often used by communities around the forest to help cure diseases.
While demplot orchid plants located in Tanjung Harapan, this place collected samples - samples of orchids that grow inside the Tanjung Puting National Park.
c.   Bird Watching along the rivers that exist in the Tanjung Puting National Park as well as tours to observe the birds.

Pesalat dan Beguruh is a special utilization zone for the rehabilitation of the area. This region has its own natural tourist attraction because tourists can do the planting of conservation trees with the name of the planter. This pesalat is a center of conservation education and there is also Camping Ground for those of you who want to camp in the middle of the forests of Borneo.


This area is a special utilization zone for rehabilitation of adolescent and semi-wild Orangutans. The location of orangutan rehabilitation in TNTP is a special attraction because at certain times the attractions of feeding (Feeding) to Orangutan.


Camp Leakey is a special utilization zone that is where research and rehabilitation of adult adults. Suitable for short sightseeing trips to see rehabilitant Orang Utan either wild or semi-wild. This place is also often visited by film crews from home and abroad to be the location of documentary film taking on Orangutan and Kalimantan Forest.

Feeding Orangutans is a major attraction of Camp Leakey. In this region there is also a Tracking track to see lowland Kalimantan's lowland forest vegetation. River Cruising directly accompanies the beginning of the journey to Camp Leakey by crossing the right black river "coca-cola".


Pondok Ambung is a research station for researching various flora and fauna in all habitat types found in Tanjung Puting National Park. Many researchers from within the country and abroad do research in this place, including research on Crocodile Sapit (Tomistoma Schelegelii), Bekantan (Nasalis larvatus), butterflies, various types of snakes and other animals. River Big Buluh and River Buluh enter into limited utilization zones that have beautiful natural scenery, especially before sunset. Coastal shore Branch River with a beautiful white sand cluster stretches with a length of approximately 15 Km. This beach is also the habitat of laying Green Turtle (Chelonia mydas).
